RME Winter Clinics
Rocky Mountain Express Lacrosse is excited to offer three levels of winter development clinics designed to match each player’s experience and help them prepare for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Each group meets for four indoor sessions at the Granby Dome and focuses on skill development through fun, game-based learning.

• Novice Clinic (10:00–11:15 AM, $135) – For players with 2–4 seasons of experience who want to improve ball movement, dodging, defense, and shooting in a fast-paced, competitive setting. Ages 7–17.
• Advanced Clinic (11:30 AM–12:45 PM, $135) – For experienced players with 4+ seasons or competitive club experience. Focus on two-man game concepts, off-ball movement, and finishing under pressure. Ages 10–17.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my participant need to be a USA Lacrosse member if they're just trying the sport for the first time?
Being a member of USA Lacrosse will provide your child with insurance in the case that any injury occurs.
Will my 4 year old be working with 17 year olds?
No, we will divide and conquer. We will place kids of similar age groups together as much as possible. Once again, this is about learning the basic skills of the game. Contact will be minimal.
