Battle in the Box 2026
Refund Policy Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While Rocky Mountain Express will make every effort to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, refunds cannot be guaranteed once tournament registration, team commitments, or other event-related expenses have been incurred.

RME Winter Clinics
Refunds for the Rocky Mountain Express Winter Clinics will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to rockymountainexpresslax@gmail.com prior to the start of the clinic series. Consideration will be given to injuries, illness, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent a player from participating. Once clinics have begun, refunds may be prorated or credited toward future Express programming at the discretion of the program director. Please note that all processing fees charged by the registration platform are non-refundable.
